This high quality, fully renovated manor house is situated in the heart of the beautiful Pays de Cocagne just 50 minutes from Toulouse airport. High quality accommodation in a country setting, surrounded by 100 acres of meadows and woods.

Private, heated pool 12m x 6m. Fantastic pool-side summer kitchen with dining tables, sound system, night-lights, bathrooms and changing rooms and BBQ.

Accommodation in the manor house and courtyard bedrooms. Manor house with living and dining rooms and kitchen and utility room. Upstairs are four bedrooms; two ensuite doubles, twin room, double and large family bathroom. Two additional rooms in the courtyard.

Wonderfu property

The property and grounds were beautiful So much space and amenities, lots of steps Up to the pool area, so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, this is not Mentioned on vrbo, one ofour party had to be helped beccause nothing to steady her. Also the pool had a hester but it wasn't working and it was pretty cold in September, otherwise it was fabulous, but needs clarity on suitabilty for older people hold on to. had to be supported up the steps as there is no railing to

Wonderful family holiday

House was just right to accommodate a boisterous group of 14. We would suggest the following : Swimming pool steps or rail to aid easier entry into the water. More seating /sofas outside by steps to pool Kitchen could benefit from more chopping boards! Some of the chairs in the dining room were a bit wobbly. Otherwise it was all wonderful Many thanks to one and all! Colin Bruce Otherwise
