The property itself was nice and staff was nice. The room is where the problems started. Housekeeping didn’t rinse all the cleaning chemical out of the tub so when I took a shower i almost fell. The remote to the tv and the air conditioner had sticky stuff on them. There was a loud banging noise from either the mini fridge our something in the walls that would rattle with a loud banging sound about every 30 minutes and wake you up. I didn’t receive my requested 3am wake up call.

My stay at the Wyndam has always been pleasant. However Kathleen for desk person maybe me feel extremely uncomfortable. Due to her profiling me at the front desk when I ask for additional water bottles for my room. Kathleen was extremely rude when I ask for water bottles. "she stated are you staying at this hotel" I was shocked and appalled

Nice stay before an early flight
