The lobby itself is beautiful! There are several areas around inside that offer different amenities! Our Tv did not work with the WiFi, so it constantly cut in and out. We just ended up turning the tv off. The room service and food is NOT anything but over spriced food from Sam’s. My wife and I ordered the ravioli from Le Perle, and I paid 20$ a piece, to only to receive 6 ravioli. Crab cakes were mushy, and the mango salsa is just mangos mixed with picante sauce. For a total of 100$ and an hour wait time. The breakfast is NOT good at all either. You are not allowed to take food outside of the dining area, so if you are looking for breakfast in bed, order out! Potatoes were like rocks, the eggs were disgusting, and the chicken tasted like cheap Chinese takeout for some reason mixed with curry powder. The over all place is ok for the price, but personally, it’s not worth the stay.

My wife and I booked this last minute. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Shuttle service was great on time and Jotge was a pleasure to speak with. Lots of comments about Guac and chips. So we went downstairs to bar that evening. They were not all that great. Somehow I feel Guac is not homemade Bland to sat the least. Nick the bartender was very courteous and respectful. Clean but bad smell

The hotel is clean and well-kept but there was a smell (maybe curry) outside and throughout the building that made me nauseous. That is the only reason for the lower stars.

Sucked.....terrible terrible hospitality. Thin walls, doors slamming, kids running down the hall yelling and screaming til 2am. Room service is a joke, was told i have to come pick it up....thats not room service folks. Workers are irritated if u ask a question....except the bartender. We were the only ones in the restaurant and after 15 minutes of waiting we left....i guess they were too busy. Room was nice and clean. Stay sonewhere else.

Stayed one night. This hotel reminded me of hotels I would stay in late 80’s/90’s. Room entrances were down darker hallway with windows facing lobby area. You can tell a lot of work has been put into it and I think it would be the perfect spot for a wedding party or family reunion. There are lots of gathering areas. The room furniture was new and the beds were a great sleep. The hot tub seemed too hot to get into and the indoor pool felt a little chilly but we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy those anyway. Room windows face looking down over the indoor pool. Only negative thing I can say is the room service was very lacking. It’s cash only and just felt over priced for the quality. Had a coupon at checkin but it was only good for pick up and not delivery. Probably won’t stay again but would recommend for folks needing a place with a larger gathering area. Would be a nice spot for a wedding too.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful..and everyone was so nice.. the rooms were really clean and they were constantly cleaning .. the staff was super nice .. there was a bar and the bartender made some great drinks and was very professional.. the restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious.. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Newly renovated, actually smells clean, rooms are beautiful, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!! It’s also very quiet for being so close to the airport. This hotel also saved me a ton of hassle and money by providing the complementary services for the airport shuttle and breakfast!!!

The property was better than I expected. I will be back to visit again. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a little bugs on the bathroom towels that were moving so I had to have room service come and swap out and take all my linen and replace it. The front desk was helpful in regards to getting it done and taken care of right away, but I feel like that should’ve been checked before I came in because the bugs were completely visible on the white towels. I even took photos.
