The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
Parking is located in the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled `Reserved`. Your car will be towed, and we will not be liable.
Parking permits are located inside the unit. They are yellow and to be left on vehicle dashboard (please do not remove them from the plastic). Visitor passes are also located inside the unit. These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces labeled `Visitors`.
Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.
Guest Verification (Required for 18+)
For security purposes, guests aged 18+ have the option to complete a quick identity verification after the reservation is confirmed. Please note that, as per Airbnb policy, this process is voluntary. You will receive access to an external verification link once your booking is confirmed. This process is confidential, and your information remains secure within our system during your active stay.
I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the Airbnb app.

Host Rules:
Space is limited to 8 people max, 2 per bedroom and 2 additional on an air mattress
2 parking permits and 1 visitor pass are provided to park anywhere inside the gate in the available parking spaces. Visitors parking spaces are located by the dumpster outside the vehicle gate located on the west side of the complex, labeled “Visitors” in white or inside the gate on the east side of the complex, also labeled `Visitors`. All other spots with no labels are for the laminated parking permit use. PLEASE do not park in the spaces labeled “Reserved ” as your car will be towed! Place green parking permit on dashboard.
Please return the parking pass before leaving. Lost or unreturned pass will incur a $500 fee.
DO NOT flush toilet paper, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Kindly use the trash bin provided. This helps prevent plumbing issues and keeps everything running smoothly.

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.
$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.
Excessive Cleaning Fee: $200 will be charged for any excessive cleaning required.
It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Lost and Found Policy: Kindly note that a $50 service fee will apply for the return of any lost items, whether retrieved in person or shipped. This fee is intended to cover the time, coordination, and administrative effort required to process and facilitate the return of the item. Please also be advised that all lost and found items will be securely held in the office for a maximum period of 1 week from the date the item is recovered.
Undeclared Pets: Guests must declare all pets on their reservation count before check-in. If evidence of an undeclared pet is found, a $200 fee will be charged.
Undeclared/Unapproved Guests: For the comfort and security of all guests, only those included in the reservation are allowed on the property. A penalty of $50 per unapproved guest, per night will apply if we find evidence of undeclared guests during your stay. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking or message us to update it prior to check-in.
All additional visitors or guests must be approved by us. Any violations will result in a fine, and any liability or damages caused by them will be charged to the guest who made the reservation. We are not responsible for their actions.
POOL RULES AND GUIDELINES:
Maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the pool at any time. There is no fee to use the pool, but all use is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any injury or damage that may occur.
Important safety reminders:
•No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
•Maximum of 2 guests per apartment in the pool area.
•No food or pets allowed in the pool area.
•Glass containers and metal cans are strictly not allowed.
•No diving or jumping from elevated areas.
•No running, loud noise, or disruptive behavior.
•Only proper swimwear is allowed. Street clothes are not permitted.
•Please remove hairpins or small objects before swimming.
•Pool safety equipment is for emergencies only.
•Pool furniture must stay in place and should not be moved into the pool.
•Please dry off completely before entering the building, as pool water may damage carpets and fabrics.
•Pool Hours:
OPEN daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
CLOSED every Monday for maintenance and cleaning.
•Management may close the pool or limit access at any time if needed.
