Within minutes, you can explore the bars and restaurants of Lower Greenville, catch live music in Deep Ellum, or take a peaceful stroll around White Rock Lake. Uptown and Downtown are also a short drive away, offering even more dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.



For your daily needs, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts Farmers Market are just a few minutes away, and there are several local coffee spots nearby like La La Land Kind Café, Fiction Coffee, and Foxtrot Market. If you’re looking to stay active, Turtle Creek Trail and the Santa Fe Trail are both close by.

**Pet Policy**

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis depending on size and breed. **Please notify us in advance** if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies per pet.



**Pet Fees:**



* **1–4 nights:** \$35 per night, per pet

* **5–29 nights:** \$250 per pet

* **30+ nights:** \$400 per pet

Please note: We are not responsible for any delays, inconveniences, or issues related to building maintenance or repairs.





**Guest Verification & Rental Terms**

All guests are **required to complete a verification process** prior to check-in. This includes:



* Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID

* Confirming contact information

* Completing our secure screening process

* A background check (if required by the property manager or owner)



This information is used solely for security and compliance purposes and is never stored or shared beyond the verification process.



A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in both the listing and the rental contract.



**Important Timing:**

All requested verification documents must be submitted **within 24 hours of booking**, or **within 1 hour for same-day reservations**. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.



A $55 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
