Nice one bedroom but not for $189 a night! Rooms are small. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is wild. Plus you have to pay $15 more for parking. Something they should tell you before booking,not till after your registered. The breakfast is nasty. And not very much for a high class hotel.

Nice stay overall

Valet and elevators were very busy with the bar open, but manageable. My room (502..i think) was quiet, but did not have blackout curtains installed, and I would have preferred to have those installed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Tried to check in around 5 but had to wait for a room to be cleaned then when we entered the room is was clean at first glance but taking a closer look the floors were sticky, surfaces weren’t wiped down, and crumbs on the floor. Parking is a nightmare more than half the lot is valet for a bar inside the hotel and the small part that’s for the hotel guests is packed and sometimes they have you move your car to make more room.

This has been our hotel of choice for years. We have always loved our stay here and had no problems. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel the people at the front desk were so kind and helpful, however, the night valet staff were rude and rushed us into valet only despite us paying to self park. The parking lot was incredibly unorganized with cars being valeted in the guest parking area blocking in several guests cars. Because of the rooftop bar, there were several people in the lobby and elevators who were belligerently drunk one man with ripped clothing who had appeared to be in a fight, stumbling off the elevator. And multiple people on our floor yelling and partying until 1 o’clock in the morning.

Our room was great and clean. Could have used more towels, but the front desk was happy to provide when we asked. Samantha was great when we checked in - helped us with holding our bags, checking in early, and providing amazing recommendations about places nearby to eat. The breakfast was great and FREE. also there is a rooftop bar on site. Can’t recommend this location enough.
