The hotel does not respond to Expedia messages, so we had to arrange our own transportation from the airport. The hotel is tired, the lobby looks like it had some money spent on it but the room was in need of an update, the A/C was noisy and had issues, not ideal when you only book the place to get some sleep. Breakfast was disorganized, no idea how people were getting food, noone to ask, no signage, no advice offered at check in. Ive nothing to compare it to in Dallas, but if this is typical it is a pretty poor standard

The hotel did not have transportation to the airport except for once on top of the hour. The shuttles were just sitting there. The food for dinner was terrible. The floors while sitting downstairs had food all over the carpet. The only good thing was the Front desk lady after I went and asked again is there really only 1 time the shuttle runs an hour, she offered to get us an Uber. There were 6 of us. She paid for it, although it was a squeeze, it worked.

The water basin is clogged. Water doesn’t drain fast. The hotel shuttle bus was not reachable from the airport. Clear phone number should be given to the travelers.
