The staff was professional and kind, the property however was outdated, the room smelled very musty, bed sheets and mattress were stiff and uncomfortable, and the room service was delivered in a paper bag with plastic utensils. This is not the experience we expected from the Westin Downtown Dallas.

The bell service was phenomenal!! I had to go to work at the crack of dawn at the hospital and they were so amazing!! The room was luxurious and I loved having my own fridge to store my drinks. The view was spectacular. 10/10 even during a winter storm
