I am a repeat customer, and I have to say, after this last stay, I may NEVER go back! The lady at the front lacked customer service skills. No greet, no smile, & attitude! Then asked for a CASH deposit (not use to them doing that) Made me very upset. Then we waited forever to check in, after she said we had to wait until 2, which was like 4 minutes away, and we still end up starting the process close to 2:30 smh. So we get to our room, no iron, a bad smell, & dirty pillow cases!! Ugh! I couldn't even rest right away. They brung an iron hours later.. Never fixed the other problems. I had to go buy sanitizing wipes and spray, PLUS walk down to the maid to get the pillow cases myself & put them on after I realized they where never coming. Upon check out, little man also lacked customer service skills, and acted confused about us paying a cash deposit (I knew it didn't seem right)!! On top of that, wouldn't give deposit until security checked the room! Wish they moved that fast when I needed new cases! They never did a courtesy call, which we've always gotten & if things weren't right we got a new room. They sucked this time around. Might try the LA Quinta next to it or else where! I won't come bk if they have that same rude, nasty staff!
