Gold level suite was in need of maintenance and remodel. Broken toilet paper holder, headboard ‘leather’ worn off, furniture stained and chipped. Smallest bathroom I’d ever experienced. Room service breakfast almost an hour late and wrong order. They don’t answer the phone. Have stayed before and if was fine, just being sold I’m told. Hopefully new owner will update.

Everything was great at the beginning I was put in a room that wasnt what i booked online. That room was dark had poor lighting and it smelt like smoke and just wasnt what was pictured. The man at the front desk was very helpful with switching my room and I was very satisfied with the accommodations. I had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again everyone was very nice including the concierge driver thats provided.

Definitely stay here if you want to experience how hotels looked in the 80s.. The property and rooms are very very dated and not worth the price tag. Service lacks as well.

The room was dated and old; not in a historic and charming way but in a frayed carpet and peeling paint way. The tower we were placed in had only one jankey elevator. The bathroom curtain was like 12 inches too long so it was like taking a shower with dirty laundry every day. There is no room in the fridge for my things and The fridge leaked. The AC was inadequate and the room felt damp. It also smelled of mariguana which is the fault of other guests but should be handled.
Peeling paint. Old building should be tested for lead.

The property was beautiful, the room was nice but the elevators was a bit dangerous. The doors would close so easily & you can’t put your arm to open because it will keep closing anyways. They was heavy & nice looking but needs work. Its also very slow!!! I love that the pool have many different feets for all ages & opens at 7a.m for early morning swimmers. Yes i will stay here again but i do hope they get there elevators fixed.

The room layout was not ideal and appeared very outdated. The bathroom was old and in need of renovation. Overall, the room felt more like an old motel than a hotel. They did not make our bed or change for for clean towels.

So many things were uncomfortable. First off this hotel is a 4.5 star hotel. We waited in line for 30+ minutes to check in. Holding heavy bags. Thankfully we got there before the rush because it was longer about 15 mins after we joined the line. They had 2 staff members checking people in. The elevators were small with no air flow. They could fit 6 people max for an 19 floor hotel…there were 3 for each wing. The trash cans everywhere were over flowing with trash. Our room was so hot…we stayed for one night or else I would have taken more initiative to get a better room. No trash bags in the trash cans. No parking unless you want to pay 54$ for valet parking. Might I add the entrance to the hotel was packed with traffic and there were maybe 3 guys running it. This includes directing traffic and parking cars. Over all wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.
