The baggage cart had a flat tire so it was very difficult to push it up to our room. When tried to warm up the room from low 70s to 77-78 the heater couldn’t do it. I moved thermostat to 80 on heat mode and a little warm air came out for a few minutes, but my portable thermometer still measured 74-75. So then I grabbed the ice bucket and went to get ice on our floor (2) and it produced nada. Fortunately floor 3 ice worked.
