As soon as my fiancé and I arrived we were greeted with their friendly staff. The check in process was fast and easy and the keycards were easy to use. We had 2 complementary robes which were very soft and comfortable. They have a bathtub and an Italian shower which I loved. I also really appreciated the bathroom having a mirror with LED’s which helped me apply my makeup correctly.

I stayed here after a canceled connecting flight forced me to have to spend the night in Dallas. I was so grateful to spend the night in such a clean, quiet hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing!! They provided me with toiletry items that I needed since I wasn't able to get my luggage. The check-in staff also went above and beyond and gave me a voucher for breakfast the next morning, and a delicious bottle of wine! If I'm ever in Dallas again, I would absolutely stay here again!

I’d drive “30 miles out of my way” to stay here.

Front desk check in was Fantastic! We were in town for a funeral and they accommodated us in every way. Room was perfect with a great shower and the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in a hotel. Coffee’s and pastries in the morning, the “Best”. The staff were really great and friendly. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this was by far my favorite.
