Inexpensive low grade property. Needed a place for 5 hours after missing a flight so went for cheap. Van that picked up was in bad shape and the lobby was bare bones but fitting for the cost. Biggest complaint were the bed pillows which were hard and lumpy. Bottom line you get what you pay for.

The staff was overtly friendly and accommodating, and the motel far exceeded the negative reviews that I had previously read. A little outdated, but a hard working staff keeps the place clean and its price friendly.

All clean but I just got stressed out on my check out. They write check out at 12 noon but it's not. They started banging on my door at 11am and calling my room number several times. I checked out before noon and the desk woman telling it was the housekeeper. They have changed the check out time to 11am a month ago but have not yet notified the public, the customers or even changed their own website and written text on signs in the hotel. It's still written check out at 12 noon (everywhere)

Okay for overnight layover.

Average experience. Airport shuttle was okay, although it took quite a while to arrive. Not clear if we had to call them to send the shuttle. Return shuttle the next morning was booked full, so we had to call a taxi. Room was clean and bed comfortable. General condition of property is average.

It is a decent property for the price. Staff was very friendly, our room was clean, breakfast was ok, and the location was convenient. My only complaint was a very noisy child or children in the room above us at 11:30 pm the first night. We asked and were put on the third floor for our return stay only to be awakened at 2:30 am by the people in the room next to ours. Maybe not such a good place to stay if you want a good night's sleep.

Good and Bad

We were exhausted and only needed to sleep there for a few hours, so we didn’t stay long. The positives—the great price and the person at the front desk was very kind. We didn’t get to stay long enough to try the breakfast. But it would have been a nice extra. The negatives— it was an over 45 minutes wait for the airport shuttle to arrive. We called 4 separate times and the front desk didn’t have information as to what the delay was. Secondly, the driver did not speak a word to anyone, he worked at a very leisurely pace and we made many stops around the airport until every seat was full. It was a tight fit and took too long to get to the hotel. I wish we had called an Uber or taken a taxi. We could have had almost 2 hours extra sleep. The wait isn’t worth the free shuttle. The shuttle service was unsatisfactory at best. Finally, it was loud in the room. I heard people in the parking lot from the 3rd floor and noise from TV’s in other rooms. Thin walls. Avoid the shuttle service and then it’s fine for the price.

It took me over one hour to get a hold of someone for the airport shuttle. The line was busy and nonstop or the call wouldn’t even go through in the first place. I had to call the reservations desk for them to get a hold of the staff. They kept trying to blame it on me absolutely rude. Front desk, staff lied to the manager, saying I hung up on them absolutely not true. Room was what I would expect for the price.
