I’m shocked Expedia lets them get away with these false pictures on their app. I picked this for a one night when traveling with kids, I thought the place looked nice on the Expedia site but it was not the case, I arrived and everything is dirty and not updated. I also picked this place for the false advertisement of every single 15-30 mins shuttle. We waited 1.5hrs in the dark with two kids. I kept calling them to let them know I was ready for pick up and every time I was placed on hold, when I finally got somebody to answer they told me they would be there in 30 mins and showed up 1.5 hrs later. It gets worse… when we got to our room, kids fell asleep and I was looking around and found crap tons of bugs on the bed and on the ground. The room was super dirty under the bed and bathroom stank. I went up to the receptionist and she gave me a newer room so then I had to take everything to another level along with two sleepy kids and no help from them. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

They advertised a shuttle from the airport but they didn't say that it comes so infrequently that it might as well not exist. And they lied to me on the phone telling me "it's coming, it's coming, just stay there" I had to wait in this dusty construction area of the airport for well over an hour until their gross van came and picked us up. Then when i got to the property they pulled a bait and switch on us and made us pay for an "upgraded" room because they downgraded us and they refused to give us the room we paid for unless we paid extra. You can find a better place than this scam.

It’s no fancy hotel, but you get what you pay for—and for the price, it was decent! I had a good stay with an on-time airport shuttle, a clean room, a comfy bed, and good breakfast options. The room also had cable TV, which was nice to relax with. Perfect for a quick trip when you just need something simple and convenient.
