This place is nice. I have stayed here before. Room was nice. Staff was nice. The only issue was dogs in the hotel barking loudly even after 11 at night. This place sounded like a kennel.

We booked 2 different stays because of the sale of our house ... The first 4 day/3 night stay the room had no working TV and were told maintenance was gone. No compensation (that was promised) no bringing a new TV not even moving rooms was offered. The second stay was a premium room supposed to have microwave and fridge - No fridge until the night before checkout. All our food had perished by then. All we were told is we are booked full and sorry. Before you book, ask questions.
