Strong Smell

Unfortunately the home has a very strong skunk smell that made it impossible to sleep. The airfresheners and air purifiers did nothing to help with the smell.

AT&T Stadium

The property was perfectly located for our trip to the Cotton Bowl at AT&T stadium. Older home, small, but size was fine for 3 adults and our very short visit.

Comfortable House / Great Location

Cute remodel that accommodated our family nicely! Easy check in, very clean and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with basics and we had everything we needed. The couch could have been a little more comfortable but overall a great experience. Would book again in the future.

Globe Life Concert Getaway

The good: close location to Globe Life Field. The bad: Older house that has been cheaply remodeled. Pictures make it look good. One bedroom door and master bathroom door would not close all the way due to shifting of house. Questionable neighborhood. Frequent trains every hour right behind house. Neighbors 2 German Shepard dogs did bark some.

Wonderful stay!

Cute and comfy little house! We were visiting with friends for a concert at Globe Life Field and this was a perfect location and size for all of us. It is close enough that we were able to walk back after the show. The train tracks are on the other side of the fence but we were never really bothered by the noise. CJ was super helpful and quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place even better owner!

We stayed for 9 or so days. Cj worked with us every step of the way, helped us with getting an extra day added on, figuring out the situation with my dogs. The house was super clean, nice, and affordable. Will absolutely rent from Cj again if ever in Dallas for an extended period of time.

The property manager was nice, quick and responsive. Very accommodating to my schedule change. The house is the most updated in the neighborhood. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner. They had two big German shepherds next door that barked a lot and the train will also wake you up, as it seems to go by frequently. For a quick trip, it was overall a decent stay.

Nice stay

We had a good stay. Property is an small older home that is newly remodeled. It was super clean, beds were comfy, and it has a large, grassy, fenced-in back yard with a little covered deck and chairs. The driveway accommodated our 3 vehicles. The description says towing is enforced for cars parked on the street but there are no signs to this effect and many cars are parked along both sides of the road. The neighborhood is okay. The living room is small but comfortable enough for 3-4 people. Be aware the property backs to active train tracks. It’s not as loud as you might expect but the “toot toot” at 7am did get our attention. There are also a couple big dogs next door that barked at times. This is balanced by the proximity to the baseball stadium — about a 1 mile walk. It was kind of a tight fit for 6 adults cut cleanliness and location made this overall a good stay.
