First time to rent a vacation home. It was a wonderful easy experience from booking to closing up and leaving. My family was gathering in Irving for my mother's 99th birthday. Home's location was very convenient to where my mother lives.Access to park in the garage added an extra level of security and ease in coming and going from home.Thank you for the extra bottles of water and snacks to enjoy before I could get some groceries. Beautiful, functional, clean 1 story home. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated all the extra towels and the kitchen being well stocked with pans and utensils. Drapes and blinds provided privacy at night and easy to open for sunlight in the daytime. Internet worked very well and TV had many options of things to watch. Couch wasn't very comfortable, but that was the only thing I could say could be improved. Everything else was excellent. Paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, extra toilet paper super helpful to have. Coffee and Tea station was well used and yummy. A big wind came through Monday night and knocked some of the birds down on the wind chimes in the backyard. I put them in a ziploc bag by the grill. We didn't use the grill but were thrilled to know we had the option. Great experience. We travel to Irving to visit family at least twice a year. We look forward to staying at this location in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and close to everything we wanted to do. The host was extremely communicative although we didn't need much. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of space for our party of 4 and the kids enjoyed the games provided. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate about booking again next time we need a home in the area.

Great space for a group

The beds are comfortable and the place clean. We appreciated the quick and easy communication with our host. The place is nice and close to the ice rink and groceries.
