Disappointed

Unit was not clean when we arrived. Not well supplied(one hand towel, one small bar of soap, one small shampoo container per bathroom). No dish towel or dish cloth. Burnt out light bulbs. Poor beds. Great location.

Great Location but be careful of the management company

The house is in a great location and very cute. Be aware, they have limited dishes, flatware, cups, etc to only a set of 4 so you will be washing dishes often. They did not provide any paper towels, dish rags, cleaning supplies or trash bags. They have the fire place disconnected and the TV is posted on a tiny ledge above the fireplace with the cords strung tightly across the window. Very dangerous. Upon check-in we noticed a lot of stains in the carpet, burn holes in the couch, damaged bar stools, drippings on the kitchen island, missing the valiances on the window coverings, and the patios doors were all unlocked. We took pictures of everything and notified the management company right away to ask if they wanted the pictures and never received an email back. Two days after departure they charged $1725 for damages but yet could not provide evidence of the damages and failed to return my calls. If you choose to stay here do your due diligence and video record the entire place upon check in and check out.
