The plumbing is the bathroom was not proper, the sink faucet was not secured in place. The TV in front of the bed was not working. Something sharp was handing loosely unsecured from under the TV. The faucet was fixed when reported, but the TV not. The managed made an adjustment to my total price of lodging. Staff in the hotel do not take ownership of guest concerns, they take it casually and do not appear to have empathy.

We were there for a funeral. We had 6 rooms. Some of our family came in on red eyes from Hawaii. The hotel let us check in early so they could get some sleep. They gave us a room to use for family gatherings that was just for us the entire time. They were so kind to us at the most horrible time. The property itself is new, clean and comfortable. I will forever be grateful to them and will stay at La Quinta whenever I can. The manager and from desk where fantastic. Thank you!

The room had a fair bit of physical damage that they really need to fix it’s unpleasant to see when your paying to stay somewhere, basic WiFi was absolutely terrible, staff was great in person, but did not correctly put in my requests and did not answer calls majority of the time.

This hotel is over priced for the quality of service & what you get for your money. Our room had a mold smell to it. Like a musty a basement. The room had no microwave, so I called the front desk to ask to see if they had one available to warm up my food and there response we can bring one to your room for a fee. Like are you serious??? The girl at the front desk had no idea about how the parking situation. She said you have to pay the flat rate for daily use of $35 a day. The other girl gave me a complete different answer & said not if you are a guest. It’s overpriced for no reason. Look for options around.
