Rooms clean but the pool area was terrible

The room was clean. The pool area was terrible- holes in the cushions on the chairs, holes in the towels, the pool water was a bit murky and the hot tub was cold and the jets didn't work. We took the shuttle to the airport early which was nice to have, so we didn't eat breakfast and there was no to go sack breakfast.

Really decent hotel. Staff friendly. Very clean and very large rooms. We got in late and there were pretty limited dining options in the vicinity and for that time of day. Probably 4-5 miles to anything open. Not a knock on the hotel itself, but just fyi amenities are a tiny bit limited in the immediate vicinity. Would stay again for sure. Good value for the money.

I had booked in advance and made aude property know i needed the 2 rooms next to each other. I called the weel of to and made sure. When got their not only were the rooms not next to each other they couldnt fix the issue and wouldnt. Then get in 1 the rooms and i went potty for the toliet to clog for no reason. Asked for a plunger and instead sent 2 men their to do it when i asked to do it as im 35 years old. Then you cant get back in your room the the courtyard door to your rooms. Their was no way to walk from the room to the pool theough courtyard unless ealking through grass that had stinkaburs in it which hurt and i didnt know. So inconvenience to walk all the way around. Then on one the rooms the door handle jammed when trying to get back in. Just the worst hotel ive ever been and we travel a lot letd say will mever book their again!

Friendly lady at reception. Close to airport. Had uber to hotel as call disconnected each time it was to transfer to reception when trying to call for the free shuttle. Very frustrating. Room comfortable, clean and well equipped.
