I booked the room due to the fact that my flight from Dallas to Pensacola was cancelled. Then my flight to Dallas was cancelled. I had no means of keeping the booking. Having been satisfied with your hotel before I figured there would be no problem. But no, in all your infinite wisdom you charged me for the room and refused to give me a refund. In no way looking at the whole situation, storm, flights cancelled. The almighty dollar reigns supreme. So you just lost a customer, who will at any given chance tell people visiting Pensacola to not use your hotel.

This reservation is a part of 4 reservations because of the Winter Storm Fern. The room was clean. I used the exercise room on the treadmill daily. They need to have towels available to clean the equipment. The staff was helpful when I asked for help. The third party suppliers had trouble because of the icy conditions. There was no room service any of the days. And the airport shuttle had shut down for 3 days. Breakfast had a good variety of items so I was able to change up what I ate through the entire visit. The water pressure and temp were adequate.
