Check in was fast and agent was friendly and very professional. Hotel was in a good location. Parking lot was full, we couldn’t find a parking spot. However the staff was accommodating and made sure we could park in a safe location. Shuttle driver was nice and on time.

So the front desk did not inform me that pool was out of service. One of the reasons I booked the hotel. The breakfast was slim to nothing packed unorganized and did not have enough food and only had one waffle maker. Asked housekeeper for towels she couldn’t speak English then once I translated on phone she understood and said it was a few… I have an $113 charge on my card they can’t explain where or why.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

One night stay after missing a flight due to delayed flights. Their shuttle is thru a third party and took over an hr to pick us up. Check in was quick, room was clean only issue was the toilet which made a loud sound after flushing.

It was a good experience, the room was a little smaller than I anticipated. The room was nice and cool and it was easy to book the hotel through the hotels.com app. Check-In was a simple process. Finding a parking spot was difficult when coming back from a concert.

The hotel had a horrible smell in the lobby as well as elevator and hallways, that was there all weekend during our stay. The pool was out of order , however this was not posted anywhere nor made mention prior to booking and this has been “out of order “ for a week prior to our booking. This is not the first time we’ve stayed in a LaQuinta by Wyndham, this however is the worst one we have stayed in. Do not recommend unless all other places are sold out and it’s an emergent situation.
