We visited this property based on its location to our son and daughter in law and the fairly reasonable price as well as great overall ratings.Haley, and Edwin were very welcoming and kind hosts, and they had cute children. Edwin had given us a recommendation for a park in downtown Dallas that we actually visited so was thankful for that too.On entrance, we noticed that the property was not as clean as what we are used to(dust bunnies, cobwebs, smudges on the laundry room door, fridge shelves that needed wiped down, the dryer lint container was full before our first and only use, and a toaster that had lots of crumbs in the crumb tray) and which we had wiped down cleaned up, and taken care of. We were also given only 2 washcloths, and no hand towels. I did message Haley about that, and she quickly brought over one hand towel, a bath towel, and 4 infant washcloths. I appreciated her quick response, but infant wash cloths don’t really work when you are an adult. On the towel issue, I noticed that the bathroom cabinet under the sink had water damage. The shower is beautiful and had great water pressure.Another issue we had was with the ac/heat unit. It was cool in the room so I put the heat on, and as my son and daughter-in-law were sitting on the sofa beneath it, a sound came from the unit and it spit out ice pieces in them then the unit started dripping.
