Chronic elevator issues

We use this hotel for our employees and clients. The elevators have been problematic for far too long. They need to be addressed asap if we are to continue to utilize this facility.

From check in to check out my stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and just a comfortable place to be. It was perfect. The free breakfast was great too. Will definitely be returning. Thanks!

It was a perfect stop to rest up before my flight. The only downside is, the water never got really hot in the shower. More luke warm. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, the location perfect and staff lovely.
