This hotel room looks elegant and immaculately clean. In fact, the entire hotel looks that way. My only concern was that there weren't any complimentary bottled waters available in the rooms for the guests. I was a bit disappointed given the quality & ambiance of the hotel.

Hotel needs some updating. One elevator was out of service. The other elevator was very slow. Temperature in the dining area was very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was not working well at all!! No water pressure in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Thermostat in room was easy to adjust. Breakfast choices need to be updated and varied. Waffle iron would be nice.

The staff was helpful. the property is clean. It is close to many shops and businesses. The breakfast was very good. The gym area was clean and equipment was in good shape. I will stay here again on my next Dallas visit.
