This is the most despicable place we have ever stayed. Room was in disrepair every time we go down for 10 days to tell them about a broken ice machine that keeps pouring out ice. It was ignored. There were other concerns that we’re not addressed, including why the breakfast advertise to begin at six didn’t start until after seven most mornings, and was not at all the kind of breakfast advertised.
The staff that was present we’re all courteous and as helpful as they could be, but would tell you that they are in agreement with assessment that the management of this facility has no business working with the public. I was told when I checked in that our pet fee would be waived because of the length of stay we were having on the last day. The manager tried to reinstate that pet fee and demanded payment from me when I told him that we did not have the money. He became a rate and told me that I was taking money out of his pocket I believe that was very true because I honestly think that the manager takes those fees and put them directly in his pocket. I would recommend that Expedia Hotels.com and all other apps. Remove this hotel and no longer allow their customers to encounter this experience of ours.
