Years ago i use to stay here when it was the homewood suites. The hotel had become run down so i stopped staying there. I decided to try the new Addison suites hotel. When i first arrived their was a cleaning crew in the front door, no big deal and checkin was easy and simple. I asked the worker what time would breakfast start. She informed me that they were not serving breakfast, say what. I wish i would have known this before i had paid I am a disabled veteran that lives on a tight budget so breakfast was not in the plans. Hotels today feel like they can do you any type of way and it would be okay.My room was located in the back of the hotel. The outside door was not locked and their was three guys standing outside smoking weed. I stepped around them and minded my buisness. My room had been renovated and it was nice and comfortable. I was impressed until the next day when i had a date and i looked for an iron. There was no ironin the room so i walked to the front desk but the doors were locked with no attendant. I went back to the roomand turned on the hot water to knock down the wrinkles. I go on my date with wrinkles in which my date noticed. I will not be returning to this hotel as i dont like being hustled out of my money. I see why people stay at marriott and hilton as they have what they say they have.

Smoke free hotel but smelled nothing but marijuana also stayed one night got charged a 100 deposit and never received it back I know the room was left in perfect condition. Scratchy people here too. Don’t stay here try the red roof down the street looks way more full of people and nicer.

First - we didn't know that this location was being renovated. As soon as we got there the front doors wouldn’t open. Second - the WiFi was only available in the lobby and not in the room; that was unexpected and an inconvenience. Third- the room was clean but the cabinets in the kitchen seemed old and some were about to fall off the hinges, the fridge rubbed up against the wall and the cabinet near the faucet. The toiletries in the bathroom were low- no shampoo, no body wash, the conditioner was extremely low. One remote for both TV sets that didn’t have all the channels. The breakfast and coffee were not good at all. If we would have know all this we would have cancelled the reservation. But we stuck it out because it was we had a place to stay for a reasonable price. We made this reservation a long time ago and with enough time to make this room ready or have a portable wifi extension to the room for the time we stayed. Very disappointed. Had to purchase items at a grocery store for the amenities that were not provided or not consumable. I’m sure once the renovations are complete this would be a great place to stay but not for our stay.

There were only two towels and no wash cloths in the room. No hot water. Dirt and sand in the tub. One bottle of conditioner and no shampoo. In the morning when we went to get breakfast, there was only cold scrambled eggs. The coffee was cold because it was left over from the night before. In the morning when we came in, the agent behind the desk looked like he just rolled out of bed and the person maintaining the breakfast area was asleep on one of the chairs. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The rooms looked old and run down. They appear to pay h it up to keep it in business. They had mildew in the bathroom along with rust around the bathroom. It was COLD outside and I couldn't move my thermostat. They told me it can only go to 70. Maintenance had to come in and change my thermostat. The outside looks really nice but the rooms are horrible. They must have people that stay there on a consistent because they were outside kinda hanging on the back smoking and just chilling like it was an apartment complex. Girls trip was good overall. We made the best out of the situation. But if you are looking for a nice place to stay, stay away from there. There are other hotels close by.

Room was clean but had no towels, trash cans had no liners and were sitting in the middle of the rooms, had 1 fork and 1 spoon and no kitchen utensils, one small saucepan, no dishwasher detergent. Had dirty dishes in the sink. Looks like they started cleaning the room but never came back to finish. Front desk guy was pleasant enough and changed our room from an upstairs to a downstairs which was nice as we are senior citizens. New room was nicely stocked but beware if you are downstairs you can hear every footstep taken upstairs and our neighbor were walking around for an hour at 2 a.m. Breakfast was horrible - worse "eggs" I've ever had and the link sausage was raw inside.
