Rooms weren't ready for over an hour after check-in time. One room smelled like someone had either vomited on everything or had atrocious body odor that clung to every surface of the room. . I asked to be moved and was told that i couldn't be and that was because i booked thrift a third party. Very disgusted and will never stay there again.
