The staff is friendly. The restaurant was hard for me to locate even with the verbal instructions from the staff. I did find a cafeteria styled kitchen in the hotel but the food looked terrible, not something you wish to indulge in on vacation. For example the burger patties were sitting there already cooked and not made to order, plus served with a cold slice of cheese. The heat setting in the room is mid. I put the heat all the up and still felt a bit chilly. The restaurant and Starbucks hours in the hotel are so inconvenient. For example the Starbucks closes at 1:30pm and opens back up at 4:30pm. It's not a luxurious stay but it works for somewhere to rest on a low budget. The bed is not comfortable at all.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln, the hotell staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had the most suggested toilet tree's needed. I have one back experience with Erica with valet parking there separately contracted from the hotel however the hotel valet parking service. Erica the manager for "Towne Park" valet service was very rude and unprofessional when an incident was being looked into regarding my rental vehicle and potential damages that could have occurred during the time the SUV was in the hands of the valet service. Erica laughed in mine and my husband's face she was very rude and sarcastic and just overall unpleasant and unprofessional. Outside of the interaction with Towne Park's valet Manager Erica the rest of our stay was execellent!
