I made a reservation for a room with balcony and they didnt have it. They "said" they could upgrade me to a room that had snacks and drinks. But i didnt see that as an upgrade. There was no closet or any place to hang clothes. AND had to pay $20 to park with a reservation? I will NEVER stay here again

Didn’t have the room type I reserved; had to go to two different rooms to find comparable; room we go had to call twice to get heat fixed; multiple areas of cleanliness with the room such as urine stains with hair around toilet, sewing needle with thread stuck in wall, somebody’s shoes under bedside table. Would not recommend anyone stay here and I definitely won’t.

I usually enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, but this particular location needs some updates. The room I stayed in showed quite a bit of wear, the shower handle was broken, the blinds wouldn’t open, and overall the space felt more worn down than what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. I was also told that breakfast ended at 10:00 AM, but when I came down at 9:15 AM everything was already closed, which was disappointing. I still like the Embassy brand and have had many good experiences in the past, but this hotel could really benefit from some maintenance and improvements to bring it back up to the standard I’m used to.

On Friday night I stopped at the front desk to get another room key. The attendant was on a call which I understood but he still made no attempt to even acknowledge my presence. It could’ve been an emergency but he totally ignored me. Another guest walked up because he had a question as well but the attendant also ignored him. It takes nothing to say “One second please” or to place the call on hold to see if what we needed was urgent. The housekeepers also give you no time to answer before they enter your room! They knock very light once or twice then walk right in! Luckily we were in the bedroom dressed.
