Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are prohibited from entering the parking garage. In accordance with the Building Parking Policy, any vehicle that exceeds the allowed size limits will be refused entry at check-in.

Restricted Vehicle Types Include:

1. Vehicles equipped with breathalyzer devices, non-standard controls, or faulty brakes
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, or any vehicle taller than 6'8"
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles featuring oversized tires, external storage, or large attachments
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits, oversized rims, or custom tires
5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard automobile controls

Pet Policy:
Pets may be permitted depending on their size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellation. A cleaning fee will be charged per pet based on the length of stay:

1–4 nights: $25 per pet, per night
5–29 nights: $200 per pet flat fee
30+ nights: $300 per pet flat fee

Please note that we are not responsible for maintenance or repairs related to the building’s infrastructure.

**Guest Verification Policy:**
To ensure legal compliance and safety, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may involve:

* Providing a valid government-issued photo ID
* Confirming contact details
* Completing a secure online verification system
* Undergoing a background check if necessary

All information is used exclusively for verification and will not be stored or shared.

Guests must also sign a rental agreement, agreeing to:
* Comply with all rental terms and policies
* Provide valid identification prior to arrival
