One of the elevators was having issues closing, causing guests to wait only on one. When I reported it, they did not do anything. The cost of food vs the quality is absolutely horrible. I wasn't surprised to see hardly anyone using it.

I booked 2 rooms and paid in full thru the expedia app. After our stay and reaching home, I see my credit card had been charged $49+ more for our stay. There was no incidentals that we made. We had no breakfast or phone calls. Nothing. No explanation of what the charges were for. I felt that I had paid the total price on expedia and that was it. If I knew what the charges were for I might understand but I was not told of any additional fees. This is a downside of the Marriot chain.

The room seemed outdated and was smaller than other Courtyards we've stayed in.. The room felt stuffy the majority of the time we were there. The thermostat only had AUTO mode and no option to switch between heat and AC. The front desk was courteous.
