Our stay wasn’t bad.. however, our specific room had its own issues. The bathtub faucet was continuously dripping no matter what we did and the water was hot leaving the room and bathroom extremely humid and heavy. The shower pressure was next to none and there was a crack across the entire mirror the e reported and was never fixed. So disappointed and not recommended!!

Roaches and crawlers on the room.my wife got bitten multiple times in her body The place needs and upgrade and a real star grade. My whole experience was not a pleasant one and don’t recommend it at all.

Tv didn't work, smelled, cracks in every wall, phone didn't work when I tried to call the desk, hair in the sink, light by the bed didn't work. Got rooms changed. Smelled, cracked walls, shower head was like a pressure washer.
