We stayed in room 105. The room had a mold odor. The Rep at the front desk opened the room for us and begin spraying something from a spray bottle, I assume to try and block the odor. The bathroom light was horrible so there was a lamp on the counter for extra lighting. All the fixtures had rust stains. The towel rack was hanging from the wall. When you walk into the hotel it had an ODOR. This hotel deseves 0 stars.

Overall, the stay was good, it was nice and quiet. Although, with the lights flickering and my room 205 has curtains that do not close and the light from the parking lot shines in, it could have been an excellent stay.

Weekend wedding trip

The hotel was really nice, the king-size suite comfy bed great size room. No complaints, the complimentary breakfast was also great. Will definitely stay again.

The property could use some up keep. The picture posted on the ad is not true, no hot tub in room. False advertising. Bed sparse was dirty. Not at all what we expected.

The first room we had there was no phone to call the front desk, one of the bed was not stable on the platform so every time you sat on the bed, it tipped to the other side, had to go down to the front desk to have the manager come and take care of it the place was outdated and look nothing like the picture on the website. The first room was not clean so the move us to another room, if I had a chance I would've found another hotel because I had paid in advance I didn't want to loose my money. I will go on the hotel site for my next stay and not use this again. This hotel should be condemned.
This is the bed as we pulled it back to check for bedbugs the stains on the comforter
The phone was there but no connection just a phone sitting there as a prop.
The condition of the tub then they never came to change the towels or even to clean the room

The check-in service was good and fast, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was clean but smells like mold and the a/c was too noisy.

Lights wasn’t working in the bathroom r over the sink the counter wasn’t finished . Floor was stained the pool was off limits we seen roaches at breakfast so we didn’t eat breakfast

Problems checking. First time I’ve gone to a hotel and they wouldn’t check to see if my room was ready a little early. Then problems checking in for some reason. Room was nice, sink faucet was broken but everything else was fine.
