Average 3 star experience. Bed was ok. Room was spacious enough, but the old carpet and old couch certainly didn't earn it any extra bonus points. The property is near the airport, so you do get a little bit of jet noise, but overall the noise level within the room was good.

The Hotel itself was fine. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable and the TV was good. Had to keep calling down to get more towels. The complimentary breakfast was inconsistent with poor quality of bread. The female at the front desk was pleasant but the 2 males lacked customer service skills.Overall the 3 days there were fine and I actually would stay there again.

Was crazy hotel elevator don’t works -room 3 times can’t open door after check inn back to lobby. Then toilet don’t flush -refrig don’t works they refuse to switch other room You need to supervise What’s the steak condition all hotels building you offering because mostly post nice pictures the reality onside is mess so price Not match with ur services offering on your web or app .. I will post this terrible experience hotel in Dallas,Tx in all my Social media

Old and falling apart.

The elevator was broken-the signs saying so looked like they had been taped up for a long time. So we had to carry heavy luggage up the staircase. The carpet in the hallways is old and holey and coming up in places. The couch in the room was coming apart. There was no list of TV channels and what stations they were.

If you can rent somewhere else

Customers service horrible, no hi when you come. Microwave was dirty, I ask if someone would clean it and no one did. My key would work and then it wouldn’t. I told I had it next to my phone and didn’t. Then I was told because it was in my purse smh. The only people that spoke was two men that was working there
