Couple things were not the best. Asked for extra soap at front desk and told they did not have any. Something splashed behind couch from a previous guest and was not pleasant to see. Plate around shower knob was loose, and bathroom door stuck. Not the best of lighting in the room. We have stayed at another hotel chain many times with much more friendly staff and felt very welcome when checking in. This front desk person didn't even inform where and when breakfast was which typically is done at other places when checking in. Can't say as I would stay here again. Thank You

I was very disappointed in the fact that you charge $50 to get into your room before 2 o’clock even if your room is ready. I’ve never had that before and all the travel we do. Also, the $9.36 you charge is ridiculous for hotel fees just because you’re in the certain district.

The property is a short walk or drive to AT&T Stadium, and the main reason we chose this location. Rooms were spacious and the property overall was in good shape. The onsite fitness room had broken machines, they did provide a free pass to a local fitness center but didn’t have time to go elsewhere.

Room was dirty, lobby had a beeping sound going off the entire 3 day we were there. Asked for housekeeping services after two days of none and was told no they were too busy. Lights in bathroom flashed on and off, blinds didn’t work, outlets didn’t work. No staff was ever available at the front desk. You had to ring a bell and wait.
