Room was not cleaned, the elevators didn’t wanna work. I got stuck on it for about five minutes. Car was broken into in the parking lot. Ask multiple times for the video of my car being broken into the hotel refuses! It was just overall not a good experience.

Didn’t like that they charge me twice for the price of our room but then told me it’s a hold, when their policy clearly states they only hold $100 which I am okay but don’t release it back for days.

The room was in ok condition. We have been to way worse. The bathroom towel rack was loose almost about to fall off the wall. The top to the air conditioner fell off when we opened it. Other then that the room was good
