I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have not had any issues before. But for this overnight trip, it took longer than normal as the staff informed those of us waiting to check in that rooms were still being cleaned as they were short handed. The wait was inconvenient. The front desk personnel were professional and kept us updated on the process of all delays.

We were in Texas meeting with a Realtor for possible relocation from Chicago. The Euless Comfort Inn was a great stay; my only issue is structural. The windows of all rooms with even numbers face tge highway and we hear the traffic all night. Sound proof windows should have been considered during this bill. Other than that this was a great stay. My family had a total of 3 rooms. The hotel General Manager Rosemary was helpful in providing our getting around to areas and food. I had the pleasure of soeak with Ava as well and she was a delight.

When checking in it took over an hour and a half to get my room due to short staffing. They're wasn't enough house keepers I suppose. I was given the wrong room and charged more due to the long wait of quest's.. My room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but only got the 2 beds.

Great place. Great staff.

Great experience from the start. Ana checked us in and was very friendly and a joy to talk to. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was hot and fresh. Great stay. Far better than most.

BEST HOTEL

I have stayed here before and it is always a 5 star 🌟 experience. Perfect for Cowboys and Rangers game. Very safe and quiet. I hope the prices stay affordable.

Nice place!

Place was nice and the staff was friendly. The only complaints I have is the shower pressure is bad and the pillows are not good. I will definitely stay again.
