Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms well separated, a fireplace, a lovely patio, and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, White Rock Lake, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size,. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Noting there are outside cameras for the protection of guests and the home.

DART transit station at Mockingbird and US75 is 3 miles away.

very good place for us

clean, good location for us. only concern is the DART mass transit track is right behind the property but I have to say it did not bother us. king size bed it low. all the accessories we nice. would like to have Kerig coffee maker but coffee pot was fine.we will book again.

Perfect Place

My friend and I (who live quite far from each other) wanted to get together for a "girls weekend", and this place was really perfect! Great location near White Rock Lake, Dallas Arboretum, grocery stores, and restaurants! Nice neighborhood where we felt safe and could easily park our rental car. We were able to drink wine, talk, and enjoy the 2 indoor sitting areas and the outdoor sitting area. Super easy to communicate with the property manager. Overall...perfect place!

Cozy place in a nice area

The duplex was clean, tidy, nicely furnished, and felt like a “home away from home” during our stay in the Dallas area. The neighborhood seemed safe, and is walking distance to a pretty lake and walking path. The host was very responsive. The check out process was easy. The only downside is it’s so close to the train, that it’s easy to hear it and so you’ll want to bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. The stairs/ walk leading up to the door is a bit cracked, uneven and not well lit so requires extra caution. Overall it’s a great place, and we would stay there again.
