I enjoyed my stay here. It's not the most fancy modern hotel but it's not bad either. It is literally right across the street from the yellow light rail stop. I took it from and to the airport and saved me a lot of money on ride share!

This hotel is advertising 'pet friendly' without clearly stating that you will be charged a nonrefundable deposit that is equal to the amount of the hotel room itself. My dog is well behaved, non shedding, no indoor accidents and sleeps on her own bed. She smells clean as well. The front desk staff was rude, refused to work with me on this pet fee and when departing they never even came out to the front desk. She yelled from behind a wall of snacks, and I quote "Leave the key on the counter". I wont go back and I wont recommend staying there I speak publicly often and will share this experience.

My room smelled like smoke, the hotel looked nothing like the online photos and on my last night i got a notice on my door that the water was being shut off for 6 hours for repair so when i woke up there was no water available at all. How does one brush their teeth or take a shower without water? A huge inconvenience and i paid for a working room and didn't get one. I want a refund.
