I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The price was incredible and everything was new and clean. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. This hotel doesn't have the suite feel with a living room but we didn't need that. It smelled incredible everywhere. There is a 24 hour coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes the coffee and I swear it was the best hotel coffee that I have EVER had. There was also a water dispenser available 24/7 with still or sparkling water. Loved that! I stayed here with my daughter and we never felt unsafe at all. I will absolutely stay here again if we need to go back to Plano!

Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is the norm. My room was clean and comfortable. Parking can be better. The hotel rooms don't have a microwave, but there is a microwave on the first floor for everyone to use if needed.

Very clean room. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and polite. Please note these are very basic rooms which was fine for us, we just needed a clean comfortable space to sleep. A microwave would have been a nice addition and it's possible other rooms have them. We just popped down to the lobby/breakfast area when we needed the microwave. Do your research on the type of amenities you desire and you won't be disappointed!
