Very Bad by HOTEL.Com

Nobody could find this property your representative was supposed to phone the property and get direction and after 19 minuets on the waiting on the phone the call was cut off I think your representative tried to call me back but something went wrong. The phone number for the this property was not a local number and when i tries to call it got a a voice message saying this number did not exist. After three hours i gave up and asked the taxi driver to find me a new hotel.
