지하 주차장이 너무 작아 눈이 내리는 겨울에 야외주차하고 이동하기 힘들고 주니어 스위트 룸을 이용했는데 다른 일반룸 대비 차별화된 서비스도 없고 수영장 이용 시 추가 요금을 지불해야 하고, 그 마저도 호텔 내 이용할 수 있는 액티비티가 키즈카페 외 없다보니 수영장 이용객이 너무 많고 수영장 시설은 돈을 받고 운영할 수준인가 싶을 정도로 없고 낙후되어 있네요. 체크인을 3시에 시작하여 프런트에 직원들은 바빠보이지 않았으나 대기하는 고객들은 많아, 대규모 인원의 숙박을 수용하기엔 체계적으로 많이 부족하다는 것을 느꼈네요.

켄싱턴 평창 후기

애기 눈 구경시켜주려고 계획한 여행인데 눈도 많이 오고 호텔 시설로 동물원, 정원 등 볼거리도 많아서 좋았습니다. 키즈 놀이터도 있어서 여유시간에 애기 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 청결도 면에서 객실 청소 상태가 약간 미비한 부분이 있어서 1점 감점했습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.

짧지만 행복한 경험

1박2일 짧은 일정이고 앞에 다른 일정 후에 방문한 상태라 피곤함이 가득한 상태였는데 프리미엄 라인으로 룸을 업그레이드 시켜주신 덕분에 정원과 풍경이 한눈에 보이는 시원한 뷰에 피곤함이 눈녹듯 사라지고 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 직원분들도 호텔의 첫인상 만큼이나 모두 친절하시고 설명도 명쾌하니 모든 경험이 시원시원한 좋은 여행이었습니다.

호텔이 겉모습은 좀 오래되어 보였는데 안에는 관리가 아주 잘 되어 있어요. 공원도 잘 조성되어 있고 아이들 놀기 잘 만들어 놨어요. 너무 좋은 경험 이었습니다:)

Not bad for family tour but not recommend

시설은 매우 오래 되었고 주변에 마땅한 시설 (식당, 카페)이 매우 적고, 위치상 영업시간도 짧은 편. 다만 야외 공원 등 액티비티 시설 (동물 체험 등)은 넓고 쾌적한 편. 가구, 인테리어, 화장실 집기류 등 리모델링 필요. 그렇지 않으면 재 방문 의사는 없음

a hotel with a great garden

It's a fantastic hotel. If you come to Odaesan, I recommend you to stop by. Above all, the hotel garden is wide and it's really nice. Maronie Road, Metasequia Road, Giant Oak Road, Zelkova Road are really good for walking.
