Excellent location. Very good places to eat nearby. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast not great. Often no available table. Food and fruit juice not as fresh as it could be. Food often ran out and not topped up frequently. Could be more variety. Loud music often played.

This property exceeded all of my expectations. It's so close to a subway station and close to plenty of food places and shops. Loved the decor of the hotel. There is a GS25 connected to the hotel which is so convenient! Staff are friendly and so helpful. They helped a friend and myself out with a slight issue and they did it with no hesitation. Looking forward to staying here again :)

The house keeping is great, hotel clerks are friendly and nice, however, servers for the happy hour and breakfast are poorly trained not friendly and often hostile towards the guests. Examples of this can be seen on a daily basis, and they set a dismal mood for the area..it is like you are a burden to them when you go into the room. Very rigid checkout times with fiscal penalties if you try to check out late even though they have specials for late checkouts but not sure how they apply them.
