The main level has a king master suite, a half bath close to the kitchen, and a large living room area with a wood burning fireplace for cozy nights. Just beyond the living space is a breathtaking veranda looking out over the water with a bed swing and rocking chairs to sip margaritas on. If you're craving a cheeseburger in paradise, the veranda also has a grill with a dining area and stone fireplace for extra outdoor ambiance. With so many lake hot spots close by, bringing your boat to Changes In Latitude should be a no-brainer! Just tie up your boat on the private boat dock when you're done with your day on the water.
The top floor of this home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, 2 bathrooms, AND a loft bunk room with 4 bunks. And get this - each bunk is equipped with its own TV!
