Gut gelegene, etwas albacken ausgestatte Wohnung

Die Inneneinrichtung ist modernisierungsbedürftig. Die Betten sind zu weich und teilweise nicht sauber. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Eine Mikrowelle fehlte leider auch. Die Toilette war innen verkeimt wie auch die Toilettenbürste. Leider sieht man solche Details auf den Fotos vorher nicht. Die ruhige Lage ist von Vorteil und der Weg in die Stadtmitte ist mit 10min akzeptabel. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen bzw. nur an Leute mit geringen Ansprüchen.
