Excellent experience...very friendly staff

Excellent place...clean, beautifully decorated with a cozy courtyard,very friendly staff, close to plaza and restaurants and breakfast was good. The beds were big but maybe was spring mattress type so it was not the most comfortable. Other than that, our family enjoyed our stay here. The front desk can arrange tours with Nilton which was reasonably priced. Front desk also provided us with to go breakfast for early morning tours. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay and I would comeback.

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed here for our honeymoon and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Tambo was so conveniently located and the junior suite was perfect for my husband and I. The service is what took it to the next level. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, we had some late night pizza that became cold once we had walked back to our room and the staff was so kind and warmed it up for us. The outdoor space is so adorable and relaxing. Quiet and away from the traffic but also close enough to get around to cute restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend and will be returning with family next time in Cusco.

Love this Gem of Cuzco!

We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. the location is fantastic and we walked to all of the sights in Historical Cuzco. room was huge, very roomy. wish there was a little fan for those of us that sleep hot and need the breeze. but dont let that stop you, it is beautiful and their service top notch. The on location restaurant is top notch! We preactically had room service every night! breakfast delicious! and they went above to give us a great anniversary and birthday for my wife. a+

Lovely Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in two seperate rooms as our trip was seperated by a 4 day tour. The hotel kept our luggage safe during our time away. Both the rooms we stayed in were comfortable, clean and well presented. The bathrooms were especially nice with very warm water and wash products available. The staff were also very welcoming. I wpuld recommend this hotel.

It was very quaint and had a lovely ambiance, with the old character, but with modern conveniences. Bed was very comfortable, bath robes were a nice touch, great shower, towel warmer in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Staff was very helpful and several spoke English very well.

Boa estadia, mas com falhas na comunicação do hote

Minha estadia foi boa, dou nota 8. O hotel é confortável, bonito, com móveis aconchegantes e funcionários prestativos. Antes da chegada, fiz a reserva pelo Hotel.com e solicitei um táxi, que foi enviado prontamente. Mesmo com o atraso do voo, mantiveram contato e garantiram que o táxi nos esperasse. No entanto, destaco três pontos que precisam de atenção. Primeiro, a falta de clareza nas regras. O café da manhã, apesar de incluído, não era totalmente "à vontade". O buffet era liberado, mas os pedidos à cozinha eram limitados a uma bebida e um prato quente (ovos mexidos ou omelete). Qualquer extra era cobrado, algo diferente do que é comum no Brasil. Outro problema foi com o secador de cabelo, que teve o fio derretido por defeito do produto. Ao pedir outro, a recepcionista quis cobrar, mas, após argumentação, a taxa foi retirada. Por fim, o cardápio indicava que a cozinha funcionava até 22h, mas às 21h45 disseram que já estava fechada desde 21h30. Mesmo mostrando o cardápio, insistiram que a informação estava errada. Apesar desses pontos, a experiência foi positiva no geral.

The staff here was absolutely kind and welcoming. We had an early morning (4am) tour scheduled and they went out of their way to pack our breakfast and coffee and have it ready for us before we left. I had a nice and relaxing bath the night before and can honestly say this place is amazing. Thank you so much!
