The service stands out

I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff

I spent three nights at Novotel Cusco, and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
