Nice hotel - friendly staff. Located on the top of a hill. Very steep uphill walk from village square. For people with medical issues or people who face altitude sickness, not a good location.

The staff helpfulness makes this property standout. They really go above and beyond to help their guests. The hotel does have a goo hike/steps to get to but in exchange you have a beautiful view of Cusco and are clise to some tour sites.

The view from the hotel is awesome. However, you have to climb up from the center for quite some time to get to the hotel. It is rather annoying after dinner. There was a strong cat’s smell in the hall of the hotel but the room was clean.

Lovely property with fantastic staff. Great breakfast with made to order eggs. Only issue with this beautiful spot was the hike up the hill, so if you have any issues with walking this may not be the place for you.

Melinda and her staff are wonderful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! And we would definitely stay here again if we come back. The breakfast and views were amazing. The room was so clean and everything worked without any issues! We couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, but I’m certain the problem was a user issue and not the coffee maker! ;) They had laundry service! Very affordable. They had a massage service, too. Although only room service only. So, they recommended a few and I went to the one just 5 min walk away and it was amazing! There are restaurants surrounding the restaurant also they recommended and they were all excellent! They had airport and train station pickup service as well, which makes everything so easy. The square was walking distance also. It was the best location.

we loved our stay at Atoq hotel! We had arrived late from a 9hr trip from pampas and were so welcomed in by the staff. its a 10 minute walk to the main plaza surrounded by cute shopping markers and a small church along the way. You can also pay 10 soles for a taxi up if you prefer. The staff was super helpful and prepared us early breakfast on a day we left really early for a tour which we so appreciated. Breakfast in their dining area was fresh and healthy with a great view & the rooms are spacey and comfortable - shower is great!. We highly recommend a stay in this hotel!

Best place in Cusco

Beautiful room incredible service. Started with numerous different gifts like a bottle of wine and cookies, house slippers. Offered me an upgrade and gave me a sweet with a few of the night time City state. Excellent view. The breakfast was exceptional the room was comfortable and modern. Customer service was fantastic. And gave me a Parting Gift of a little pin with a Spanish senora and senorita. The price was well worth and this was a five star experience

Amazing property with the most caring staff

Our stay at Atoq San Blas was amazing! We checked in late at night and were greeted extremely well by Melinda at the front desk! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in experience, and that we were taken care of nicely. After an amazing night, the breakfast experience was pure joy. Chef Aderson and his colleague Maereala were extremely kind, caring, and helpful. They made sure everything was fresh and ready for our breakfast! And lastly, Anna at the front desk made sure that our check out experience was smooth. We had the best experience of our stay in Cusco at Atoq San Blas. We would highly recommend this property for your future stay.
