Everything to do with the staff was very good. Internet connection wasn’t working and most of the times I wasn’t able to communicate with people outside of the country. I think it’s very good for local tourism or Brazilians businesses travel. Breakfast fruit juices had sugar added which is for the likes of Brazilians. They love sugar!

Hotel muito bom ! Só tivemos problemas quanto a entrada no hotel que foi um caos, estavam em reforma na rua não havia onde estacionar na frente do hotel, como somos turistas o maps não nos levava ao estacionamento do hotel e como estava muito movimento por conta do Natal encantado passamos raiva nesse momento. Mas o hotel é muito bom e o café da manhã também é maravilhoso.

Quarto limpo, bem arrumado, porém as toalhas poderiam ser maiores. Funcionários muito atenciosos e receptivos. Café da manhã excelente, muitas opções de alimentos e em ótimo horário de funcionamento.
