5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

O Ar condicionado é muto barulhento, e deveria ter um melhor cuidado com a portaria, a primeira vez que fui a este hotel pesnsei que tinha chegado a um prédio abandonado, a calçada poderia ter um recuo para os carros descarregarem, e o calçamento poderia ser reformado, e como estava em Dezembro a decoração de Natal faltou
