5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

Equipe gentil, mas estruturalmente sujo o hotel. Teto e chão do banheiro mofados, ar condicionado velho e mal funcionava, tv praticamente decorativa. Café da manhã ok, toalhas e lençóis limpeza ok. Não oferecem material de apoio (talheres, copos).

O quarto não tem isolamento acústico, dava pra ouvir tudo e todos. A torneira do chuveiro quente caía toda vez que ligássemos praticamente, como se estivesse frouxa. Dentro do quarto tem uma porta que ao abrir tem outra porta, acredito que dá acesso ao outro quarto, achei estranho.

O hotel de modo geral atendeu o meu objetivo da viagem (de trabalho). Atendimento dos funcionarios foi muito bom. Quarto legal, particlarmente senti que o ar estava fraco e nao consegui mexer. Mas no banheiro tinha uma parte da madeira do teto baixa., tipo aberta.

O quarto foi mal cuidado, tive que reclamar 3 vezes para fazer limpeza no quarto no terceiro dia de hospedagem. Um barulho enorme nos corredores durante a noite com uma equipe de voleibol, hospedada no hotel.
