I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Estadia quase perfeita

Edredom manchado, no lugar da toalha de rosto havia um piso de chão de banheiro, várias partes do chão do quarto com tacos quebrados. Atendimento muito bom, todos foram simpáticos, e café da manhã muito bom.

Café da manhã fraco, tinha q ficar esperando uma mesa para conseguir comer, todos os dias. As vezes não tinha xícara e nem copo, as vezes não tinha talher. O teto do meu quarto estava caindo, o banheiro fica inteiro molhado, a tampa da privada não parava aberta, além da luz ter queimado e eu ficar 2 dias sem luz no banheiro. Limpeza do quarto ok, funcionários tbm ok. Não voltarei.

viagem a Curitiba para conhecer a cidade, porém que experiência péssima com esse hotel. o quarto nem de longe era o que mostrava nas fotos, o piso estava soltando do chão, a cama de solteiro fazia um barulho quando a pessoa se mexia na cama, o pé da cama estava quebrado, o pior de tudo isso a gente saiu pra conhecer a cidade e não deixamos a placa na porta não autorizando a limpeza do quarto pois estava limpo e organizado. porém quando retornamos haviam entrado no quarto e feito a limpeza mesmo sem nossa autorização. com toda certeza neste hotel não retornaremos mais de forma alguma.

A foto do quarto no anúncio, não condiz em nada com a realidade. Lustre quebrado, cama sem cabeceira e criado mudo, cortina caindo na janela deixando claridade passar, banheiro com chuveiro a gás que não esquenta. Fiquei 3 dias e a limpeza do quarto não era feita, apenas arrumava a cama, as toalhas e sabonetes não eram repostos, funcionários mal humorados. Não voltarei a me hospedar nessa rede.

As fotos do quarto nao condizeram com o quarto que me entregaram. Quarto com pintura descascada, em péssimas condiçoes, móveis antigos, infiltraçao no banheiro, frigobar desligado. Foi a primeira e ultima vez que fico neste hotel.
