Hotel velho, caindo aos pedaços, ficamos sem água uma manhã inteira e os funcionários só enrolando, prometendo que voltaria em meia hora!!! Nunca tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã. Lugar perigoso e o estacionamento fica a 200 metros do hotel, imagina andar de noite naquele lugar horrível. Nunca mais volto.

I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Pessimo, estacionamento longe e ainda precisa pagar, não é avisado. Apartamento caindo aos pedaços, azuleijos caindo, banheiro explodindo água, quartos terríveis, pessimo. Vidro do banheiro quase caindo, trancas das janelas podre, não é seguro. Ar condicionado quebrado. Acho que deveriam interdita esse hotel.

O barato que saiu caro. Ambiente antigo, apertado, quarto fétido, toalhas velhas com odor forte. Pia minúscula com vazamentos. Roupa de cama pequena para o colchao. Hotéis.com me surpreendeu negativamente. Como pôde recomendar essa hospedagem para seus clientes?

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. O problema foi o quarto estava com um buraco na janela. O qual foi passado para o pessoal da recepção duas vezes e nada foi feito. O quarto estava sujo ou melhor o banheiro muito mais que o quarto. O hotel está precisando de manutenção, a internet no quarto não estava funcionando e a tv também não estava funcionando. O café da manhã até que estava bom.

Quarto super básico antigo , equipe me forneceu uma chave de um quarto de outra hóspede entrei no quarto errado e vi todos os pertences de outro hóspede. Sem garagem no hotel , tive que pagar um estacionamento particular que deu 150 metros de distância do hotel . O café na medida do possível é bom , tirando a lotação do salão .

Quarto sujo, mofado Cheiro fortíssimo de água sanitário ou cloro abafado, estrutura muito antiga e sem manutenção. Banheiro nojento, Box cheio de sujeiras grudadas, vaso sanitário manchado.
