It is on the ground floor and has a large outdoor space with a private terrace. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room for an additional guest. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, air conditioning, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
