Excellent staff, very pretty and unique place to stay! I loved how the rooms were cozy and decorated, and how it was located right off 219. Could hear the highway noise at times, but not bad with the AC Unit running. Very clean, and the staff made everything so easy! Highly recommend!

We headed to Deep Creek Lake for a quick getaway and we were not disappointed with this hotel. On the outside it looks like an older 1950s-style roadside motel. However, on the inside the rooms are beautifully renovated, clean and spacious. The room came with all of the amenities including a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee station. Did I mention how clean they are? And the price was phenomenal for a summer stay at the lake. Five stars and we will definitely be back!

We always enjoy staying at the Garrett Inn. The owners are very friendly and they take pride in their Inn. Clean and comfortable rooms, the building and grounds are well taken care of.

Mother Daughter trip

The Garrett Inn was perfect for my daughters and I. Easily accessible to thrift stores (our favorite) there’s 2 acrossed the street, state parks for hiking and picnics, and close to downtown Oakland.

I really liked the easy check-in with one of the nice owners of the Garrett Inn. I was impressed with their care and details put in my room. You have everything you need. It was spotless, beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. Great town to visit, by a lake and movie theatre.
