We arrived late for one night and left by 8:30am for a 6 hour drive so breakfast was the only service we needed. It was the worst breakfast EVER and we travel a lot. By 7:30 am there was hardly any food. A couple packages of oatmeal, very little cereal and no milk at all. No one was at the desk or watching over breakfast. TERRIBLE.

The bed sheet would NOT stay on bed which made it uncomfortable to sleep with sheet constantly moving. Also breakfast was sub par at best. French toast was too hard to even eat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt super uncomfortable this entire stay. It started with my check-in. Sonia I feel was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. She didn’t tell me if any amenities( breakfast, which way the elevators were, check out times, NOTHING. I asked her if she could provide extra bedding for my 13 year old son and she said she didn’t have( hotel was NOT at capacity, highly unlikely) I just felt very nasty sense from her. Not a very welcoming staff. I requested a late check out with her to 12pm which she granted…to then have a make red headed staff member come up to my room asking “ are you leaving” 15 mins after i requested it. On another note it is a very clean hotel this would’ve been a nice place to come to when I frequently travel to Alabama. People like Sonya will NEVER make me come back again!!! If you’re a person of color, do NOT stay in this hotel!!

Room was clean but they don't take the trash out for a 2 night stay. The same room service was just left in the hallway for 3 days and the trash outside was overflowing. Seems like a very basic service to provide at any hotel.
